So Im about to go all out with my car. Im gonna go headers,exhaust,kw sc/ fp/tune and my third gear is beginning to grind. Should i get an entire new transmission or what would be the best way to spend the least and go back to shifting like butter again. Please help, Much appreciated!

I'd have Honda check it out. It could be something as simple as having the clutch pedal adjusted. This seems to be a very common problem.

Also, there is a knocking noise coming from the driver side. Is it a bent tire rod? If so, how much would it be to fix approximately? Thanks!

It's almost impossible to say what's wrong with your car from the information you have given us. It could be any number of things including endlinks, ball joints, tie rod, wheel bearing, etc. Your best bet is taking it to a local shop for a diagnosis. In terms of your transmission, I'd get that checked out to as johnboy mentioned you might just need a clutch adjustment.

I already have all my parts, but thanks! I took my car to the dealer and gonna get a full check up and im gonna go from there.
