They just keeps blinking, but no issues with driving.

Can anyone point out the reason for the issue?

Could be that your battery is not in good health or that your dash isn't plugged in all the way/is grounding out somewhere. More than likely the second option if your car is starting up without bogging the battery (you can normally tell the difference from a bogging start to a normal start). Is this happening while driving?

Battery is fine.

This happens while driving also.
