Hello i also had a squeeky pedal, You see the arrow i made, i sprayed wd-40 on it a few times and it got a bit better. Then i tried silicone spray on it and that's how i resolved my issue. If you don't see what i mean it's the where the spring connects with those white things as you can see on the photo. i had to apply it a few times and then it worked. Just make sure to spray and then use your pedal a bit and repeat. I hope this has helped you.
