Hi Guys, been diagnosing this civic of mine for week now.
The problem is car have a crank but cannot run the engine. Sounds like to fuel going in,

History:
Car sudden stall middle of the road.

What I did so far;
Replace new car batt. (saw red indicator of the batt, so dicided to replace it)
Replace new fuel pre strainer (suspect to do with the fuel hard to pass)

After reading lots of forum, I came to follow the fuel pump voltages.
Multimeter reads at battery poles at 11.95v
Main Fuse box for the fuel pump relay (Mitsuba 7002) slot reads 11.07v (when key turn to on)
Under the dash fuel pump relay (Mitsuba 7003) slot reads 11.53v
Fuel pump line, the green and black going to connect the fuel filter assy reads 11.74v (during prime)
Fuel pump line, the green and black going to connect the fuel filter assy reads 9.30v (during cranking)
Just cranking and car won't start.

What is the problem giving me this 9.30v?
Anyone encountered this kind of problem?

Regards to all.. Stay safe..

Will it start with starter fluid? And will it stay running if you continue to spray it?
Haven't try this yet. Don't know how.. will check vids how to start with starter fluid. Will update here soon. thanks

If you have a stock airbox unclip the lid and spray down intake tube. Cold air spray right at filter.

Report findings and we can look at which avenue to troubleshoot.

That's good so it is a fuel delivery issue. The battery voltage is low it needs to be charged.
What year and is it an SI?

Batt is new. Might drop little voltage due to keep on testing..(cranking)
Its Civic Fd 2008 1.8L Automatic.

A new battery should have at least 12.4v resting at the posts. 11.93 is a very low battery. Buy a battery charger or use another car to charge your battery.

What is the voltage at the battery posts during cranking? 11.9v drop to 9.3v during cranking is probably what I would expect with a low battery.

Can you hear the fuel pump actually pumping, it should be pretty low with the back seat off and the key on.
