ChrisFix vtc video

Was wondering the same thing, picked up an 07 Civic SI sedan with the VTC rattle and ordered all the parts for the job needed but an unsure if his video applies to a older K20. Anyone? This is the video.

You could be right, but just a heads up I'd double check your starter before doing the VTC. The starter will make a grinding noise that sounds super similar and is an easier job if that ends up being the issue.

I thought the same thing but I went old school and used a automotive stethoscope on the starter and the noise wasnt coming from it. Noise was coming from the passenger side of the valve cover. Just wanted to know if his video would apply to our engine.
