I have a 2008 si threat recently had a competition stage 2 clutch and 10lb flywheel put in. At first the car shifted like never before and felt like butter, but after a week or so the engagement point began to slowly move towards the floor, it kept doing this until eventually I was driving and it felt like the clutch wasn’t disengaging all the way, and now the car won’t go into gear at all. Could this be a failed clutch master cylinder? Maybe a slave cylinder?

take a video of the clutch slave and see if it is moving when you are in the car and depress/push the pedal. If the pedal comes back the master cylinder is usually good without leaks. If the slave moves like 1.5 inches it is usually enough. Did you adjust the pedal by unscrewing the switch and unthreading almost to the end? Could be the throw out bearing.
