If its as small as it looks, and there's no dents to go with it it should be pretty cheap. You can probably get some compound and polish it out yourself, but I'd go to any body place (especially paintless dent) and they should give you a pretty reasonable quote. If its deeper than it looks in the pictures (through clear coat) it'll obviously cost more, find a recommended shop in your area and get a quote!

I did mine over the weekend. If the scratch isn't too deep, you can use a compound and buff it out. Canadian Tire has many options.

Depending on the depth, you can buff it out by hand.
