27 is not a good price.......too expensive!
Compared to what? Other cars in the same class? The previous gen Civic? I think for what you are getting, it's a great price. What other car can you get for a similar price that has everything an Si has? 200hp, 6sp, LSD, great stereo, tons of options, 17" wheels/tires, great seats and Honda quality and reliablity. The list goes on.

2006 Civic EX

We just purchased a Black EX, it's awesome. Here's my suggestion for potential car shoppers.

DON"T TEST DRIVE THE 2006 CIVIC EX 5 SPEED!!

If you do, then you have just purchased the car. This car is that good. I've had three people test drive my car after I bought it. Now there are 2 EX's and 1 Si on order.

It is a joy to drive, and may be quieter than our Accord.

Way to go Honda.

Si before xmas :)

Hi guys and gals new to this forum, but just got back from my dealer no luck on negotiation on price, " If you don't want it, I got 4 people that will take it", was the sales manager reply. I had paid a $500 deposit on a SI since October 24, I told the dealer to bring in a Fiji Blue Pearl. This is the break down on what I paid. I have a Vin# so thats good, car was made Nov 22, and I should get it some time Dec 6-12. Now all I got to do is drive it and see if I really want it...lol... 197 hp, 2 litre DOHC, VTEC, hmmm...

MSRP $25,800.00
Trunk Tray $133.50
Fog Lights $628.75
Rear Mud Flap $84.00
4 16" Honda Steal Rims $317.46

License Fee $10.65
Loan Registration $92.90

Very nice. Any idea how much your insurance will be?

$317 for the steelies and $800 for the X-Ice is kinda steep. My dealer has the same package for $840 for everything. The fog lights are a nice touch too.

Was it for 16" Steelies?

Hi was that for 4-16" 205/55/R16 or 4-15" 195/65/R15? 15" are much cheaper by $200 for rims and tires.
