I believe u can order a parts that actually replaces the cover for this and you will be able to fit other stuff in it... but otherwise you can't really change anything unless you order the cover...

changing the unit on a canadian shouldnt be any different from an american model, and there are tons of DIYs on it, use the search feature and youll find them

you can use any 1DIN or 2DIN unit you want, and you have 3 options for dash kit depending on what strikes your fancy, theres OEM Honda navi kit, and the 3rd party options are Scosche and Metra
