Blinking dashboard 2007 civic

Hi guys, my car was down for 3 weeks, when I start it, it started i immediately, but then the lights on the dash started blinking! I took off the battery poles and cleaned them, and it started again in one go and the lights stopped blinking. But today I drove it normal, but when I got back to the car an started it the blinking reoccurred.....
Any suggestions ???

Wiring problem maybe? Could you do a YouTube video exhibiting this ?
