I used fibreglass mat and J-B Weld to hold mine together, has worked out well so far.

But I had to cut off the adjustment bit so now to aim them I have to take the whole bumper off. So try and avoid it!

it's the resonator, you can have it removed and drive it that way...it's like a poorman's CAI when you do it....there are many who drive without the resonator

Any suggestions on how to align the projector within the fog?

EDIT: Thanks for the pics!!
i made a mount with a 2x6 and a couple 2x2
just scrap wood around the yard
i put that in an empty enclosed cargo trailer with tape on the front wall with inch markers on the tape left right and center
a wall in your house or garage would work too
i lit up the reflector light to mark a reference mark for cutoff
then removed the lamp from the bracket, leaving the bracket on the mount
and after cutting out back of reflector
i just lined the projector cutoff to the reference mark
taped it in place and tacked it with 5 min epoxy.
ill know better Thursday but this should work, unless i made a mistake
if your careful, you can retain the stock up/down adjustment
also i had to modify the bracket a bit, dremel to the rescue
note that i went through about $10 worth of cutoff wheels
i angled mine out just a tad to illuminate the side of the road slightly better.
any other questions
ill help if i can
im definitely not an expert at this but ill tell you what i know
