best tranny fluid? best oil?

OEM HONDA MTF is the best stuff for your rig. There is no real equivelant. Unless your on heavy track duty and changing your fluid after every session, maybe some of the other brands mentioned will work but, for pounding streets and such HONDA MTF is more than adequate, affordable and reliable. Speed Well.
