I recently had my car repaired (2006 Honda Civic LX, 4dr) and I noticed that when driving above 30mph or so, air comes out of the a/c vents even when the fan is turned off. When I turn recirculation on, it stops. I'm leaning towards the idea that it had always done this and I had just never noticed, but I thought I'd ask here to see if this was normal just in case.
