AC not working, blowing warm air

Hey everyone, wondering if you guys could help me diagnose so I know what to fix (or not to fix) for my 2009 honda civic. Been looking at youtube videos for possible causes, but theres only so much I can do without those fancy diagnostic tools.

Here are some of the things I looked at:
  • AC clutch relay - a video told me its bad if it makes a sounds if I shake it, mine does not.
  • AC fuse - looked at #19 and it still looks intact.
  • Actuators - looked underneath the dash and it still moves without binding.
  • AC compressor clutch - I noticed that it wasnt spinning when I have the AC on.
  • AC condensor fan - does not spin when AC is on. Tried to get it to spin by tapping the motor + pushing the blade but it didnt spin. Electrical issue or whole unit needs replacement? Im not sure
  • AC compressor unit - I don't know how to check if the whole unit is bad.
  • freon level - I also don't know how to check if this is the cause of the problem.
What do you guys think? Worth fixing myself or take it to a garage? Thanks!

Ac clutch is usually the number 1 culprit. You can swap it without removing the compressor if you have the tools.

You might get away with a solid whack to the clutch too when it's attempting to run.

All right, I will give this a try. Thank you.

Don't go back with OEM compressor, Honda doesn't make this well in my opinion,,, get a good O'reiily compressor,,, get a new fan, get a new condenser assembly that already has the receiver dryer, install them all, vacuum the system, put your refrigerant in, done
