I've searched everywhere, but basically as the title states. Can a 9th gen coupe front bumper fit on an 8th? Specifically a 2012 onto a 2009? The only answer I found on the forum was a blatant no. No reasoning like gaps, nothing lines up, or any reasonable explanation. If anyone has tried this first hand or has a link I'd be greatly appreciative.

It would take significant modification to make it fit. The design is dif and the mounting points are not the same. Also, the lights are dif so it would not fit around them. That being said anything is possible for a determined MF'er with time and money.
