Depends, during the day on the weekends it's pretty slow due to bikers and LEO presence. On the weekdays it can be pretty open to cruise through at a spirited pace, nothing too crazy.
Night runs on the other hand, well you'd have to come along or ask some of the seasoned veterans for the real scoop, can't post too many details here.
