I'd like to see a picture of your trunk badge. I don't expect it'll help figure out any more details than I've already gotten, but it'd be nice to see what I'm digging for.

Market area KY (ALGERIA, ARGENTINA, BAHRAIN, COSTA RICA, CRETE, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, GABON, GUATEMALA, IVORY COAST, JORDAN, LEBANON, NEW CALEDONIA, PARAGUAY, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, SENEGAL, TAHITI, UAE) has LXi, EXi, and VTi badges as appropriate on their FD1s.

Area KN (South Africa) has VXi instead of VTi.

For Market area KU or KK, I haven't been able to find any parts lists yet.

Part numbers I've found so far:

75723-SNB-K01 VXi (KN)
75723-SNB-Y01 LXi (KN, KY)
75723-SNA-K01 EXi (KN, KY)
75723-SNA-K11 VTi (KY)

75723-SNX-A01 Si
75723-SNC-A01 Hybrid

I'm sure your LX (or EX) badge would be a part 75723 part number. SNB may be something else, likely still SN-something. The stuff at the end is anybody's guess.

ANOTHER EDIT: I just noticed the bottom of the quote says American Honda Motor Co. And also, the market area is KK. The quote confirms that. So the question is now, which places sell US civics that are KK spec?
I thought I'd already addressed this, but I can't seem to find what I remember posting, either here or in your other thread.

So far as we've seen so far, KK spec Civics are built in the US. I wouldn't call them US civics as they're not what's sold in the US market (which are KA and KL). Just call them US built (for subsequent export).

So far as I can tell, Honda treats Central America and the Caribbean as a unit, being a number of smaller markets that are similar enough to lump together. If you go to

http://www.hondalatincaribbean.com/home

then go through the links for selecting your region, there are about 20 different countries for you to pick from. I haven't exhaustively gone through all of them, but every one that I've looked at has been based on the same templates, and have the same brochures that are for either KK or KU market vehicles, depending on whether the particular country sells LHD or RHD vehicles respectively.

There's also a posting at:
https://hondakarma.com/threads/honda-model-area-code-listing.5301/live?page=1

which lists:
KK RIGHT HAND DRIVE KPH CARIBBEAN, SOUTH AFRICA
KU RIGHT HAND DRIVE MPH BARBADOS, CYPRUS, FIJI, GUYANA, HONG KONG, JAMAICA, MALAYSIA, MALAWI, MALTA, NIGERIA, PAPUA, SEYCHELLES, SOUTH AFRICA, SUDAN

Right off the bat, I'm skeptical about the accuracy - it lists both as RHD. I also remember Hong Kong and Malaysia to be a different Area code too and they're definitely not MPH, but they may have been lumped into different markets at different times.

From your examples, it seems that dealers do sometimes bring in US-spec vehicles in lieu of the KK cars, and I would guess this may be driven by availability (e.g. orders coming in at a time when the factory has no ready inventory of KK vehicles and none scheduled to be built soon enough to satisfy the dealer). I'd imagine that the US-spec (KA) cars you know locally were imported either very early or very late in their respective model years.

- A proper cigarette lighter (Which Isn't available on US spec Civics)
To be exact, the lighter and socket are available in the US market as an accessory. What's not available is the lighted trim ring around the rim of the socket - the accessory has this strictly in black.

I did want to ask you about this, though. When it'd looked like your car fit KX specs, I assumed you had the lighted ring that KX Civics have, but I actually don't know for sure whether KK got the same ring, or has the black ring of the US market accessory. In fact, I'm not even sure now whether what you have is indeed the lighter, or if you have accessory power outlet that US-spec cars got (I can't tell from your photos).

Is there a door over your socket (below the hazard switch)? If so, it might not be a cigarette lighter socket after all. If there is no door though, I think it is a lighter socket. In that case, when your dash lights are on, does the ring around your socket light up? If so, does it light up white like the labels on the radio face or is it some other colour?

- The 2AT0 radio (Which Isn't available on US spec Civics)
Typo on my part, I think the photo of your radio showed 2TR0, and only the T stuck when I was writing. It still stands though that it's a different radio from US spec.
