ne one got a guess on tq #?

does anyone know the scientific reason hodas have such low tq??

197 bhp @ 7800 rpm
139 lb-ft @ 6200 rpm

why is tq so low?
almost all other manufactures can get a car to have the same amount of tq as hp..
hondas neva do, anyone know why?
