2009 Honda Civic intermittently cranks but no start (see video)

Sometimes my 2009 Honda Civic will not start on the first try. So far we've always gotten it to start by trying enough times or coming back to it after waiting a while. Does anyone know what the issue could be? Video here of what it sounds/looks like: 20230314 2009 Honda Civic has trouble starting

Mechanic recantly replaced the alternator and battery a few months ago, and then also did a diagonostic of battery, alternator and starter system which turned up no issues. I am thinking it might be a issue with the fuel pump relay on googling around? (like in this video ) Anyone have any ideas?
