2009 Civic Hybrid Shudder

My 2008 honda civic hybrid 1.3L shudders when i accelerate. I heard that this could be do to engine mounts, so i swapped all three of them out. The issue still persists. Does anyone know any other possible reasons this could be happening?

Does it also shudder when you drive in 'S' ?
