My 2008 honda civic hybrid 1.3L shudders when i accelerate. I heard that this could be do to engine mounts, so i swapped all three of them out. The issue still persists. Does anyone know any other possible reasons this could be happening?

How many miles on your Hybrid? When did you last replace the plugs? Did you do ALL 8? They should be done every 80-100k mikes.
May also want to check your coil packs while you're at it. If they show any signs of spark past the o-ring, replace them. Not getting full spark.
Is your CEL (check engine light) on?
