Im gonna install the Apexi VAFC II on my 08 si coupe....

I have on idea how to connect those wires to the ECM....

Connector A
Pin 28 = (RPM) Blue wire

Connector C
Pin 20 = (Throttle) Red/Black wire
Pin 23 = (VTC) Blue/White wire

So which one is the IG power, Gound, TDC, VTM, VTEC input/output, pressure input/output ???

First are you sure that this unit will work with your 08 Si ?

I have this wiring info from an 07 Si, but I'm not sure that an 07 Si wiring is the same as an 08 Si.... And the signal names that you have are very different.

Connector A pin 8 Orange wire = IGP ( IG Power )

Connector B pin 1 Blk wire = Ground ( PG2 )
Connector B pin 36 Blk wire = Ground ( PG1 )

Connector B pin 34 Grn/Yel wire = VTS ( VTEC solenoid )( rocker arm oil control )

Connector C pin 22 Blu/Blk wire = VTPSW ( VTEC oil pressure switch )

Throttle signal might be one of these..

Connector C pin 20 Red/Blk wire = TPS A ( throttle position sensor 1 of 2 )
Connector C pin 21 Red/Blu wire = TPS B ( throttle position sensor 2 of 2 )
or
Connector A pin 17 Yel wire = APSA ( pedal position sensor 1 of 2 )
Connector A pin 18 PPL wire = APS2 ( pedal position sensor 2 of 2 )

The TDC , VTM and VTC Cam signals might be one of these.

Connector C pin 23 Blu/Wht wire = VTC ( Valve timing control solenoid ) may not be the same as your VTC Cam...
Connector C pin 31 Grn wire = CMP B signal ( Cam position sensor B )
Connector C pin 41 Blu/Wht wire = CMP A signal ( Cam position sensor A )

The RPM signal might be one of these.

Connector A pin 28 Blu wire = NEP ( engine speed pulse )
Connector C pin 32 Blu/Yel wire = CKP signal ( crank position sensor )

It might be a good idea to contact the manufacture for the correct wiring hookup.
And be carefull, Its really easy to damage your ECM if you hook it up wrong...
( *note* that the wire colors are what I have on my drawing and may not be accurate... )
