As for the banner...mostly...they are legal to a point...they can't really stop you from having it. They had Sh!t happens bumper stickers through the 70s and 80s guys...sad that I remember that...I know.

I'd rather see the sh!t happens than those stupid a$$ nut-sacks hanging from trucks. Makes me want to find the ballbag that put them on his truck and kick him in his. Dunno why...just does.

idk if its legal, but they cant say anything to me about it, freedom of speech, and ive seen things like F*** allah. and as someone said, they had sh!t happens bumper stickers.
