I've got an 07 civic lx with a sunroof thats never worked as far as I know. Looked into it and it doesn't work because the wiring from the sunroof and the motor all goes a plug in the foot well thats not plugged in. Looked everywhere, and I cannot find where it plugs into. Its a stock sunroof, the plug is blue. I've taken out some plastic to search but I cannot find where it plugs in. The wires run from the sunroof down the driver side column to the driver foot well, right next to the fuse box. I canr take the sunshade out unless the sunroof opens and I've got a project going and it needs out.
Is it possible that the slot that it is supposed to go into, is occupied? Was an accessory (interior light led, fog lights, etc) installed after the car was purchased? I'll look at some wire diagrams and report back.
Recently figured it out, the previous owner totalled the car and halves it to sell again. There's no plug because the car that the tools from has a sunroof and the original half didnt have one
Wow, whatta half assed attempt to "fix it". So chances are the sunroof works. Just a matter of figuring out the pinout of the harness and make the appropriate connections. OF course, that is entirely up to you.
