    I have yet to do a IPA, its on my list though. Hopping beer is odd cause the same hops added just 15 min apart in the boil can have very different influences. I was looking at doing a single hop IPA but the Cascade vine i was growing got attacked by a squirrel and wont be producing anything...

    as long as you arent dropping way low or pitching yeast above ~120 youre probably fine, fermentation may just go faster or slower depending on the temps

    oh god i cant even imagine doing it without a auto siphon. a 5 gallon batch works out almost perfectly to a case of 12s and a case of 22s with a random couple extra 12s which are perfect for checking carbonation.

    get the morimoto bulbs in 5000k over the ridiculously expensive phillips bulbs, all HID bulbs lose intensity and color shift with years of use, id rather pay to replace morimoto bulbs every 3-4 years than phillips bulbs at 4x the cost every 3-5
