In order for a heat exchanger to do its job and exchange heat, the inlet air temperature needs to be cooler than the fluid temperature. Heat transfer occurs from hot to cold, never the other way around. Your particular heat exchanger stack in the direction of airflow is aftercooler or intercooler, AC condenser, and engine radiator.

Typical temperatures (assuming 80*F ambient air temperature) for the aftercooler might be 90*F, 110*F for the AC condenser, and 200*F for the engine radiator. As the air moves through the first heat exhanger the temperature rises, but as long as the inlet air temperature is below the temperature of the next heat exchanger in the stack heat will still be dissipated!

Keep in mind on a hotter day the AC system balances itself, increasing the AC condenser temperature to meet the larger cooling load. The AC compressor will have to work a little harder but it's nothing the system can't handle.

So to summarize, yes! Your AC will still blow cold air.
