C/Te SC kit help

Hi I am new to the forms but not to the car modifying scene. I am in a predict a meant, I have been wanting to go supercharged for awhile now and am getting closer to buying and my friend wants me to sell me his off his si. The only problem with this is it came off a rsx type s originally but the guy wrecked his car not totaled but sold the blower to my friend who then rear ended someone in his civic. He has the blower, full race exhaust, vibrant header with test pipe i think, a cai, meth and a k24 block bored to 2.5 but yet he is making less then 300whp but does not know what is wrong with his car so my question is would it be worth the risk to buy it and have it rebuilt and take that chance or just find another deal thank you.

I believe its on a 3" pulley because he had it tuned once and he had to cut it at 300 because of too much heat but it still felt like even the power wasnt there and something was wrong and then when he added the meth it made less
i want to make just over 300whp i have aem cai, tsudo 70mm and buddy club race header then eventually get aftercooler bigger intake and pulley and port the blower

Without cooling (meth or a/c) 290-305whp is normal for that. The fact that he lost power when adding meth is interesting...did the meth spray? Unscrew the nozzle(s) and put them over a container; use the test button on the controller to spray meth and see if anything comes out. Also, you should hear the pump (it's decently loud). If meth doesn't come out, check the nozzles and filter for clogging. Check the fuses. Check the lines leading from the tank to the pump and pump back to the tank and make sure they are going in the right direction (should be arrows on most pumps).

Also, what size injectors?

So I should make just around there with what i have? Eventually I am going to port it, bigger tb, aftercooler all that but just to get start im just doing the blower. And he finally figured it out faulty bypass valve so it was creating the boost it should have

I might sell you my set-up if you were interested. I'm probably selling my car soon and am still debating whether to part out or not. It's a CT-E s/c with 3" pulley, meth (5 gallon tank), 775cc injectors, 3.5" intake with threaded holes for the meth lines. I'm making 310whp without an aggressive tune (i.e. the meth will allow you to tune it to 330-350whp if desired).
