Lightbulb '06 EX Coupe - Full system upgrade help and planning

I recently had the front right speaker blow out completely on my 06. I have been thinking about a speaker upgrade for a while but never got around to it. Now that I have to replace one of the speakers I might as well go all out.

I have done a bunch of research but I still feel like I am missing a lot and was wondering if anyone could help me out with the build and some questions.

Here is my current part list:

Scosche Double Din Dash Kit:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Morel Maximus 602 6-1/2":
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...LT6DFE7K&psc=1

Dynamat 18" x 32" x 0.067" Sound Deadener (Set of 9) :
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Rockville dB55 4000w Peak / 980w RMS @ 2 Ohm :
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...KIKX0DER&psc=1

JVC KW-M740BT (Android Auto):
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...VWMGI839&psc=1

I am still looking into if I want to replace the rear deck speakers and sub but I want to make sure even if I don't that I can replace them w/o having to buy a new head unit and/or amp.

Few questions that I have:

1.) Anyone see any issues with my current part list or recommendations for anything to swap out with?

2.) Is that enough sound deadener or is there any other brands people recommend?

3.) If I go with that external amp, can I just swap the factory amp that came with the upgraded audio or do I have to run new lines for this?

4.) If I do want to swap my sub out, is there anything that would honestly make a difference is the stock mounting since it is so limiting?

Forget the Dynomat & pick up the 36 sqft bulk pack from Noico on Amazon. It's $65 compared to Dynomats $150. Stock wiring will be ok for 50-75 watts, anymore than that I'd run new wire (running new wire to the doors through the accordion boot is frustrating as hell). If you bypass the factory amp & go aftermarket, you'll need to pick up an amp kit (knukonceptz and NVX have great cable kits). You're also going to need a module to retain steering wheel controls.
