Clutch jobs

I am trying to find out what the average life of most people clutches. I have an 07 si and it has 240k miles and I'm on the 4th clutch. I was using autozone ones with a lifetime warranty. Until now. I am currently getting a exedy racing setup that is expensive and I found out I had a bad fork that was causing premature wear on my clutch. My last one only survived for 4 months. And my labor on average was 520 plus 75 to resurface flywheel.
Any input would help.
I'm including a pic of the bad fork
