2010 civic si paint

I recently bought a 2010 civic si dyno blue pearl and there seems to be some white spots on the roof... seems like a paint damage. Is there a recall on the paint so i can get the dealer to repaint it free of charge?

Somewhere on the Honda site I believe you can enter your VIN to pull all open recalls on your specific car.

Yours might be covered but depending on your vehicle purchase date if it has passed 7 years or not.
