Windshield scratches/streaks problem

I was wondering if any of you guys know how to get rid of scratches on a windshield? I've read places where they suggested a steel wool. Any suggestions? TIA

It's driving me nuts because the scratches are directly in front.

Using a glass polishing kit or tools should take car of most of it.

You would need a da buffer, glass polishing pad and glass sealant. So around $175.

If you don't plan on using a buffer for anything else I would suggest going to your local detailer. They should on charge around $40-$75 to do it
