poor customer service

I bought drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads for my 08 si and received a warped rotor but didnt know which one was warped. I called your customer service and complained that any time i would brake even lightly when going faster than 100km/h my whole car shakes since the new brakes. The customer service pulled up my records and said to try them for another week and they would send my ebay account a shipping quote to get new rotors sent to me if needed. A week goes by, no email yet so i email through ebay complaining that i didnt receive my quote. Next i receive an email quote for 70dollars to ship these 1hr away, i would rather just drive and get them so i call and talk to them again to arrange pickup. They cant find my records of purchase and needed to talk to tech support to find my original order. She promises me a call back by 1pm that day, a week has gone by again. What do i need to do to replace my warped rotors?!!?! Im about to call back again... If you guys want a good rep on 8th civic this is not helping having the same lady answer all customer service calls that cant get ANYTHING done.

ahhh thank god i got someone different this time, everything is arranged and tech support was extra helpful once i spoke with them myself. The rep that i had issues with both times claimed her name was "sion".
