if i buy a packaged, would i need to upgrade the dampers too?

The springs listed will work well with stock SI struts - we have had Sportlines on our own SI on stock struts for nearly 20K with no issues at all.

Currently the only available struts are the Tokico "blues" but I'm not sure they are much more aggressive than the OEM pieces.

Pardon my ignorance but I am new to all this. What exactly does the sway bar do and do I need the camber kits when I lower my car or put a sway bar on. Thanks
