I am looking to see what all of you think of the company Z1. Please let me know. Title misspelled..should read "Please tell me thoughts about Z1"

I've done some business with them and talked to Jon a decent amount over PM here. He's a great guy who takes care of his customers. There's a few places cheaper but seriously, is the $20 you're saving worth the risk of bad customer service? I don't take chances.

Well so far I have bought the Cusco strut bar the progress rear sway bar and progress springs. Also the Injen CAI plus a Kick Butt set of rims. All were very fairly priced and the shipping was both fast and fair. Top that with the best service on the internet I would say you can't go wrong.
Actually I was just going to the Z1 site to see what else Jon has for the civic when I saw this thread.

So far so good. I inquired about work wheels and I got my p.m's replied to in a very timely manner. They actually did such a great job I ordered my rims from them. They haven't had any issues answering my annoying "Are they on the way yet" p.m's either. I guess they get giddy about new parts just like us consumers do too.

Great job so far. I will update my post when the wheels hit my front door. =)

Don't ask about CF parts for the FA5 because they will NEVER respond to that question. Even if they say sorry we don't carry those parts right now would be fine but nothing.

We responded in that thread days ago - we are no longer offering Seibon parts right now. If you sent an email I did not get it...

I guess the generalized "We are no longer offering Seibon parts right now" was for everybody who posted a question. I've posted about CF hoods & trunks for the FA5 on your other threads & I never got a response. If you don't carry CF parts for the FA5 then just say that instead of not responding to my inquiries

I was dealing with Z1 back in my Subaru days... they have given me EXCELLENT service EVERY time. Back on my Suby, I bought a clutch/flywheel from them. I didn't know until the tranny was dropped and everything was installed but the throw out bearing had a broken tab... I had to buy a new one from the dealership for $25... Z1 refunded me that $$$. They also helped me with a problem on parts for my FA5 (caused by a shipping company)...

Great service... and fast to respond with communication.
