Powerslot Big Brake Rotors!

You asked and we came through for the 8thcivic community! We are proud to confirm fitment of Powerslots RSX-S large rotor application for the 2006 Civic SI.

These slotted rotors measure a massive 13.7 inches up front (compared to 11.75 inches stock).

The Power Slot Plus system uses a larger diameter, premium quality Power Slot brake rotors combined with your original factory brake calipers. Powerslots patented caliper relocation brackets space the factory caliper further away from the hub to accommodate our oversized brake rotor. This increases brake torque force without affecting pedal effort or travel. The larger rotor is also a more effective heat sink, absorbing the heat generated under heavy braking. This greatly reduces brake fade and provides consistently shorter stopping distances, especially from higher speeds.

NOTE: to install these wheels you will need a 17 inch wheel with a MINIMUM inner diameter of 15.5 inches. Any 18 inch (or larger) wheel will fit without issue as well.

Team these up with our Hawk or Ferodo pads and stainless brake lines for a complete upgrade package!!!

Order over the phone or at the following link from our website:

Finally powerslot comes out with these. I'm picking these up for sure. Good work guys.
Quick question though, do these rotors have that special coating where the wheel mounts so it does not get rusty? I know the rotors alljap sell have that? Maybe these just dont corrode. What about the rears? Think the rsx- rear kit will work as well?

The rotor "hat" has some kind of black coating on it. All Powerslot rotors are coated in a military grade cadmium plating to resist corrision. Cadmium plating lasts much longer than the more common zinc plating and many manufacturers charge extra for it.

Rear kit fitment is not yet known...

Damn...$435 for rotors? I didn't think these things were that expensive. Guess I'm re-writing my letter to Santa. Any news on the rear kit?

Still much cheaper than your run-of-the-mill BBK and we're priced really well compared to other vendors for this item.

These rotors are BIG - 13.7 inches and the caliper relocation brackets are really well made. This is high quality stuff...

No news on any rear kit from Powerslot as the part #'s for the RSX and 06 SI rear brakes are different for all of their rotors.

I posted it in one of the threads on the brakes - the stock wheels don't fit with these brakes. The wheel won't clear the caliper...a downside I know. So, some 17's will fit and all 18's will clear no problem.
