Hey folks, I'll be back in Vancouver within 24 hours... just stealing internet from the airport lounge here!

T-Shirts will be made this week, and I'll get in touch with Meeks, Sleepy, and Tino when I'm back in Van.

Can't wait for this to happen!!! Last minute, but it's gonna be crazy fun!!!

As for inns and hotels - I suggest the cheapest one. Most of our hotels (especially in Richmond) are quite new, so no need to be worried about shady accommodations.

Island folks - What's the ferry schedule? Let me know what's convenient for you by today/Monday.

2 options:
Meet at 9:30am, be in Whistler by 12:00pm (have lunch)
Meet at 1:00pm, be in Whistler by 3:30pm (have snack)

Pre-meet on the day of the cruise - I'll leave that up to Meeks/Sleepy (Vancouver area) and Tino (Fraser Valley area)

Car Wash meet - I'll leave this up to Sleepy (just like last year!). If you have time/space, let us know so people can wash their cars. Depending on my schedule, I'll open up my place too. I'll let you know by Thurs this week.

I think what would work best is if we all took the 10:40am ferry out of Departure Bay in Nanaimo. The crossing time is approx. 1hr 40mins so we'd be in Horseshoe Bay at around 12:20pm.

That would give any out of towners time to get to Nanaimo in the morning, but I think some people from Victoria may opt to take the Swartz Bay ferry.

Anyone that is interested in leaving from Departure Bay (Nanaimo), send me a PM and I'll let you know where and when we'll meet before we board the ferry.

I am unsure about me doing the prewash meet, Nero has a vet appointment that Sat for surgury so I have to worry about getting him home around 6pm.

I will find out if I can have people come to my factory to wash up before hand but I will not know until tommorow when I talk to the boss.
