But yes - Sleepy is also putting in work for this event. She was responsible for getting the black t-shirts, collections, and helping out with picking meeting spots.

Sleepy - are you going to North/West Van to scout some spots this weekend to scout out some meeting spots?

If not, I will just choose another location in the Park Royal area like last year. We're running out of time to plan this.

Also, I will have the shirts ready by Saturday or Monday. I will notify everyone when/where they can pick up their shirts.

at this point I am unsure if i will be attending, I will go scout out spots this weekend regardless as meeting at park royal sucked due to traffic lights.

I can't make the meet, but I can suggest a good meeting location.

St David’s United Church
1525 Taylor Way, West Vancouver, BC, V7S 1N5

From their parking lot you have good access to the freeway, and it is easy to get to from both Taylor Way (for those coming over Lions Gate bridge) & the #1.

Since the meet is on a Saturday their parking lot will be empty.

If you check their site you'll probably recognize the church.

Another choice would be the parking lot for the Caulfield Village shopping center. They also have good access to the freeway and the parking lot will be empty at that time of the morning. Bonus is that there is a Starbucks there too.
