mileage on a HFP 17"?

Hi all,

I am trying to upgrade my rims to HFP 17 for my EX from stock 16".I am wondering whether it affects the mileage a lot? Anybody can give me a figure before and after the upgrade, the mileage per gallon please?.Sorry if this has been discussed before.

Thanks in advance!

It's not really going to make much of a difference...

You'll love them. I had a very hard time deciding on whether to get the wheels I got, or the 18 HFP wheels. I ended going with the TEnzo's, but I love how the HFP's look, and you can't go wrong with them :)

just find the weight difference. Generally, the lighter wheel will yield better gas mileage.

I think the 17" HFP's are 20 lbs a wheel. Stock SI wheels are 23 lbs a wheel I believe. No idea about the EX tho but if you find out how much that 16" wheel weighs you can compare. I think it will go down some but not a great deal.
