What do ya think? Yes its another one of "those" threads!

Yes its another one of these threads. I have always wanted Volk TE37s. I currently have RAYS Arthur Exchange 18x7.5.
Here they are.... Volk TE37 17x7.5 +40 w/ Yokohama Advan Neova AD07's 235/40/17

Heres what the car looks like now...

I can't decide wether or not to get them. My rims are WAY more rare, but the Volks are hot! And Ricky don't get upset!

I say keep the A/X's!

I love TE37's, but I don't like that width and offset.

Combine the two red bolded statements and that's what I think of them.

Izzy and dt07Si (Dave, I think) = very very very knowledgeable guys.

keep the a/x's. they dont have the full on race look of the te37's. So many ppl have te37's. They are good looking wheels but starting to get a bit common. You need some fd2 sidemarkers that will help improve the exterior some.

Why don't you like the width and offset?

IMO the width and offsets are fine. Not feeling the color on black as well. I like lower offset wheels, I'd go even lower but +40 isn't bad at all. TEs > AX.

Like Fg2ner's ride?

I know its a FG, but I think it's still a pretty good example.

But, pertaining to the OP, I'd keep the A|X wheels. They're unique, not a lot of people have them, which can't be said for the TE37's.

This is true on 8thcivic, but in reality I still haven't seen one in person and you certainly aren't likely to see many out on the road.

There not bad, but it all depends on what your looking for I guess. If you want to go more of the performance route and get a lighter wheel and put more rubber on the ground without rubbing, than there a great option. But if you want the wheels to sit flush with the fenders, then I'd probably like them a lot more if they were 8" wide and or had a lower offset.

Yes! I think it looks sooooooo damn hot! I don't think they are too common. They are a very expensive rim.

Keep the current ones. They are sick, and like u said... a bit more rare. Personally I like the look of te37's on a FG2...not an FA5. Thats why I wont ever get them

IF u do get those and sell the AlX's............let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
