Project Kicks R40 w/ locks out of stock everywhere?

I've called so many places. I can' even get a real ETA. I know there's a national backorder since Mackin is the only one that is distributing these. There have to be some smaller shops that still have a set or two.

Anyone know of any small shops or any private seller that has em'?

i heard the ones with locks were discontinued....but i guess not. you could try ebay. thats where i bought my kics with locks like a year ago.

yea same here, been looking for them too recently. The best they could do is tack on $39 for airfreight and get it over to me in less than a week.

ahaha yah, its hard enough spending so much on just damn nuts. I thought about just going with the black chrome, but it just wouldnt be the same

Don't settle..

If you're spending over 150$ on lugs make sure you'll be completely satisfied with what you get. I really don't like it how there's only one distributor for these. Maybe the price would be less BALLIN' OUT OF CONTROL if there was a little more competition on the price the shops get them for.

Tirerack has Kics in stock. Part number is 31876K for the R40 12X1.5

Haha yah i saw that when i was looking up lugs, but just isnt the same tech. The only one that is similar are the project Mus.

Well let me know if tirerack has them, ill be ordering a set as well

I asked him if he had any other colors and he wasn't any help. I'm just gonna assume they don't.

You are correct only the standard R40 are available.

I will check with our Mackin rep on the Neo Chrome to see if they are available, discontinued, ect...

Ok per Mackin the Neo Chrome sets (31876NK and 31876K) should be available late May/ early June.

r40 neo chros without locks are $185 at driftspeed.com in los alamitos, California! Held them in my hand yesterday! Last set in socal guaranteed! Was gonna get them but needed locks so I got the black set.
