How Do I Add A Clear Coat To Already Painted Rims?

I painted my wheels about 3 weeks ago. My front wheels need another coat or 2 of clear. What are the proper steps to take to add these coats?

how did u paint them . im thinking about painting stock si rims black and putting the red trim on the outside.

washed them, sanded(320) , prime, wheel paint, clear (2 of each)

u should take the rims off put a deck or cards all around the rim in between the tire and rim then just take your time with the clear coat i did mine all white yesterday

^ i painted my wheels already but i dont know if i should just wash the wheel then spray, or if i have to lightly sand or anything? i already have 2 clear coats on them. about 3 weeks old.
