HFP coilovers vs springs

I am debating whether to cheap out for lowering my car.

HFP coilovers = $550
Springs = ~$200

If I do plan to cheap out, should I do 1 inch or 1.5? I'm running 225 45 17

Honda does not make a coilover... they have the HFP Suspension, which is just shorter struts,shocks, and springs...I had that, it wasn't worth the money...

HFP kit = performance

Springs = looks

If you are just going for looks, go with the springs, HFP will give you less than an inch and you will in all likelihood want it lower. If a boost in handling performance is what you are looking for then go with the HFP kit.
