Taffies, please post black wheels!

I am going to be purchasing my Taffeta White Si this week and want to go ahead and order my wheels already and suspension.

I don't want to paint the stockers so that is not an option.

I looked through the whole rim thread and only found a few taffeta whites with black wheels.

Help me out with some suggestions for black wheels and tire sizes!

-Jeff

I have a Taffeta also and was wondering how black would look. After days of debating im not sure if I want to go with white or black, so I will be checking this thread often. oh and dude have you checked out any gold rims? I think they will go nicely with the white but I want to see it to make sure

So i'm thinking about going with the Rota Grids if they are the correct offset.

I want to get them in flat black, let me know what you guys think of these.

Honestly, I don't think black rims on a TW look good. Reason is, the management of color (too much white, not enough balck) makes the black seem to be a lot smaller than it really is, making your car look like it's riding on nothing. Maybe it would look good if you had a black trunk and hood, other than that.. I don't recommend it.

^ Very good point. I would also avoid the Rotas. I would probably have gotten Volk wheels if money wasnt a big deal, but I decided on something original and I could get a huge deal on thru work.

What's wrong with Rotas, lol?

I am going to be on a coilover set-up and will have a carbon fiber hood along with an HFP lip with black insert.

I wish I could see some pictures of some Taffeta Whites, but it seems to be one of the more rare colors.
