They're smart. I have to hand it to them for that. They know even without any sort of rebate, the RE-01R's have a good reputation for being an excellent tire choice and highly sought after. Knowing this, with or without a rebate, it will not affect the sales on this particular tire. They know it's going to sell just as well without a rebate. Damn their product inelasticity. (I'm actually typing this while sitting in my economics class)

I know for sure I'm still going to pick up a set of these.
