Question SSR Type C-RS

Will the SSR Type C-RS rims (17x8 48mm) with 225/45/17 tires http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...racite+Painted fit on a Si with HFP suspension? Just want to make absolute sure that they will fit.

No. It should be x114.3 not x100.

Not really. PCD = Pitch Circle Diameter. The most common PCD for cars are x100 and x114.3. One is metric (100mm) and the other one is based on it's english counterpart (4.5 inches) converted to metric. Hope that helps. Oh newer cars have 5 lugs instead of 4 lugs.

And from the looks of it, I think ILL has the lowest offset on 17x8s right now with a +33 and it fits.

o ok thanks, i bought a new lug set that fits the 5x100. I have to send back my rims tho cause they sent me 4 lug instead of 5 : / how much does that suck. Im all excited that they come in, i look at the lugs and then realize i have to send them back.

5x114.3 for the 06+ Civics. That's all. Not 4x100...4x114.3...5x100...but 5x114.3. Hope that helps.

You'll get rubbing. I have the same setup, but with a 225/40 tire, and I get minor rubbing over big bumps.

I've got 35's. How tall will that wheel be with those 225's on there? Are you lowered?

Ok...sooo....I ordered a set of Volk TE-37s...17 x 7.5 with a 38 offset. I am using that with the Eibach Sportline kit (1.4 drop)

Is this going to work?
