And a big part of fitting wider lower offset wheels (without ribbing that is) is choosing the proper tire size. From my research you'd probably want to go with one of the 43, 45, or 47mm offsets with an 8.5, that is if you do want to put more rubber on the ground with a 225, or 235. |

Would an OEM G35 coupe rims 18x8 fit my civic Sedan? The bolt pattern is the same but not sure about the offset. Do you guys recommend me getting an OEM G35c used or buying a new aftermarket such as enkei with tires online? The price is about the same because I have to change the tires on the G35c anyway.

As far as offset. here is a pretty helpful site. 1010 Tires Wheel offset calculator brief description of the basics that should allow you grasp what offset is, and then click on the calculator link if you want to compare your stock width and offset to another one. |
