Sorry if this has already been asked, but I didn't start my homework yet and I probably shouldn't even be here in the first place (no time to look through 35 pages of posts).

But will this work on an Si sedan:

17"x7" +42mm offset (Work XT-7) w/ 225/45-R17 (stock Si suspension)

Thanks

^Depends on your drop and camber. the 18x9 you're going to have to ride on 215's.

Will this work?

I have a 06 Si Coupe on stock suspension, but am planning to upgrade to HFP suspension in the near future and full coilover suspension for track use in the future.

I am currently running:
Stock Si Wheels
17x7 +45 / ~23lbs
with Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R Tires
235/40/17

I'm thinking of upgrading to:

Enkei RPF1
17x8 +35 / ~15.5lbs
with the same tires 235/40/17

My goal is to lower unsprung and overall weight and get my tires out toward the fender, but I don't want any rubbing issues. I do not want to roll my fenders.

Any opinions?

HFP suspension - you should be safe.

Si coupe w/ Tein SS Coilovers dropped almost all the way...
I have 3 choices for the wheel
18x7.5 with either a 35mm offset, 43mm, or 48mm

what tire options would I have with that amount of drop?

If you haven't adjusted your camber you should be able to use either offset with 225/40 tires.
