how much does it cost to rotate your tires

I think most places charge like $20.00-$40.00. I would rather do it myself on a weekend. It will take you about 30 minutes. Jack the car up, replace the front tire with the spare, then swap the back with the front, and then swap that one with the spare. (assuming you only have the one jack). It seems like a lot of work, but you can also wash the insides of the rims while they are off the car if you're a clean freak I rotate them every other oil change.

I'm confused? Are you talking about swapping diagonally, because I think the stock tires are directional.

Why not just jack th side of the car up high enough that you can remove both wheels on that side and swap them?

I don't know about the optional performance tires, but the stock all seasons aren't directional. That being said, I don't bother with the diagonal rotation either, just front to back.

it's super easy and can be done with the tools provided to you in your trunk. on the right side, swap the front and rear tire. on the left side, swap the front and rear tire. done.

Don't you want to flip around the rear tires from left to right as well?
