I just had goodyear eagle F1 all season put on my 06 hrp si. Took it for its first road test - Maryland to Indiana. The ride was smooth, quiet and cornered well on the sharp curves.

Ok here's what I'm looking at:
Size 19x8.5
Offset 35

What tires would I need, and will it rub, for the 19's?

Heres what I'm on:
Size 18x(?)
Offset ?
Tires 2254018

you should probably include the 215/40/18 that honda recommends.

19s?

So I'm reading through out this thread and i don't see anyone on 19's. Is it possible with out major modifications? If not then I'll stick to 18's. Here's my other question. I'm looking for some light weight, deep dish wheels. Can anyone recommend a brand? Thanks for your time, drive safe.

I am a wheel newb so bare with me for a moment. I am buying a new set of wheels, prob going with WedsSport SA-70's in light gray and they are 17x8's. TireRack recommends using a 215 tire, which is the same as the stock wheels on the car now. Would they fit well, even though they are on 17x7's now, being a full inch wider? I want to use my stock tires as they have been good to me so far and have PLENTY of tread left, and upgrade next year. Thanks in advance

^a 215 will be very stretched on a 8" wide rim. i would definatly recommend a 225 tire.

Will those work on a 07 si sedan with 225/45/18 Yoko S.Drive's
Dad works at the Honda Dealer and they are selling them cheap, customer didnt want them

Edit: The tire size should be 225/40/18 to fit I just wonder if they would be rubbing with the 45 series and if the rims work, if anyone knows the offset

quick question.. does anyone know if 235/40/17 gforce T/A kd's will fit on the stock rim? im on a eibach prokit so the drop isnt very low. just right imo. im looking for a street tire that can handle the comptech blower but i don't want to run a full on drag radial because i daily drive the car and i dont wanna be completely straight line.

225 50 16 - (Too wide, especially if car is lowered. Will hit fender when hitting a bump)

If you have a tire size that does not work, please let me know so I can add the size. If you have a different size that does work, please also let me know so I can update the list.
What size 19's work on an Si Sedan?

225 35 ZR 18" Has anyone tried this size on their 8th Gen Si?????

I've read that 225 40 18" works but am looking to for a cheap way(and totally undetectable) to possibly improve acceleration in a straight line.

UPDATED MY REQUEST

some may find this interesting what I found,

Updated Tire Sizes Si

Curious about the stock fg2 tires..

hi, i just got my 08 a few days ago, and still new to everything... sorry for my nub question, but i was thinkin about getting new rims for my car & i was surfin the web, lookin @ some rota(subzero) rims.. and im just curious if it was possible to not spend money on "new" tires.. & instead, use my stock michell. tires...??? to fit the rota's? ... sorry for sounding lame...
so, if im correct, the stock fg2 rims are 17's? and if im able to get 17" rota's
will they fit da michell tries? (poor.man.in.distress.)
