If those are your only 2 choices, Slipstream is all you can do. P-1's do look hot, but they don't fit Civics. From http://www.rotawheel.com/AVAILABILITY.htm, which to my understanding is the current US availability of Rota wheels, the P-1 only comes in a 56.1 hub bore, which is too small for the Civic. Civic's hubs are 64.1, so wheel bore has to be larger than that.
